BACK-END ENGINEER

Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power reliable digital products through clean code, robust APIs, and seamless system integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain efficient, secure, and reliable APIs
Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to deliver high-quality technical solutions
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and engineering standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Contribute to database design, optimization, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian citizen with 3–5 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer or Backend Developer
Proficient in Node.js and Express.js
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database design, data modeling, and query optimization
Experience with Amazon S3 or S3-compatible object storage
Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Core Computer Science concepts
Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to perform performance tuning and query optimization.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
