IT Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital product and system development, from planning, execution, to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, and operations) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee implementation and integration of systems such as OMS, WMS, and CRM/marketing activation platforms.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives, especially within the beauty and wellness domain.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and workflows.
• Support data-driven decision making by analyzing project outcomes and providing strategic insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines)
• Min. 2 years of experience in project management or product development
• Hands-on experience with OMS (Order Management Systems), or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or CRM/marketing activation platforms is highly preferred
• Strong interest in the beauty and wellness market
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in project management tools.
