Support the QA process by testing applications, identifying and reporting bugs, and helping ensure software quality through structured testing and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements, and participate in requirement discussions to understand application workflows and testing needs
Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications, and assist in automation testing using testing frameworks or tools
Identify, document, and report bugs clearly using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues), and perform regression testing before product releases
Collaborate with developers and project managers to verify bug fixes and improve product quality
Help improve QA documentation, testing processes, and testing standards
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
Have experience creating test cases and test scenarios, and understand the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Able to perform manual testing independently, with basic knowledge of automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Katalon, Appium, or similar tools)
Familiar with bug tracking tools such as Jira, GitHub Issues, or Trello; basic understanding of REST API testing using Postman or similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
