TECHNICAL WRITER

Create clear, structured, and user-friendly technical documentation for software projects, collaborating closely with Development, QA, and Project Management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create system documentation, user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation
Document mobile app and web admin/dashboard workflows
Prepare documentation for data integration processes between mobile apps, backend services, and data warehouses
Support the creation of UAT documents, SOWs, and technical reports
Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and PMs to ensure documentation accuracy
Review and maintain documentation as systems evolve.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong technical writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
Familiar with software development concepts, APIs, data integration, and SDLC
Able to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear documentation
Proficient with documentation tools such as Google Docs, Notion, or similar platforms
Willing to travel for business trips when required.
