KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to understand user, business, and stakeholder needs to create effective design solutions.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate user journeys, pain points, and existing business processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Able to identify usability issues and provide practical design recommendations.
Understanding of client operational workflows and business processes before designing solutions.
Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and translate them into scalable digital solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
Proficient in Figma.
Strong understanding of:
- Information Architecture
- User Flows
- Design Systems
- Responsive Design
- Accessibility (WCAG principles)
A portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and problem-solving processes, not just final visual designs.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Curious and eager to continuously learn and improve.
Able to critically evaluate product requirements and user needs.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Open to feedback and iterative design reviews.

Nice to Have

Experience designing products in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Logistics, or E-commerce industries.
Experience designing dashboards or operational systems.
Familiarity with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and business objectives.
